A pair of standard slops from the back. The waistband is one piece, opening in the front to either a button fly or a finished slit similar to what one would find on a pair of men's boxers. All the fullness of the slops is pleated onto the waistband. For costuming purposes, a less expensive version would have a waistband casing with a drawstring. It's not period construction, but it still has the look.
